Ingredients:<br />

2 frozen ripe saba<br />
1 ripe mango <br />
1 peeled apple<br />
1/2 teaspoon coconut nectar, agave nectar or maple syrup or your preferred syrup<br />
1 tablespoon coconut mylk or mineral water (add more coconut mylk or water if blending in another blender)<br />
<br />
Toppings:<br />
2 pecans (1 pecan chopped and the other left whole)<br />
2 small handfuls pumpkin seeds<br />
2 teaspoons flaxseeds<br />
1 tablespoon raisins<br />
1 dash cinnamon and cardammom<br />
1 drizzle coconut nectar, agave nectar, maple syrup or your preferred syrup<br />
1 tablespoon coconut butter<br />
<br />
Procedure:<br />

Chop the banana and apple into chunks. And carefully mix in coconut nectar and coconut milk. Optional: mix everything in your Vitamix. Sprinkle in the toppings.<br />
<br />
It's your choice to cut the coconut butter into chunks all around the recipe, or to place in a large dollop at the center of the recipe for visual interest.<br />

In my case, when we had Christmas eve lunch earlier, someone asked me question number four, and I answered, I smiled and said, "Hindi ko 'to ni-la-<i>lang</i>-<i>lang" </i>because I truly am grateful my allergens and food sensitivities were revealed to me, and because of that, I can avoid emergency visits to the hospital where I lose consciousness and need to get my stomach pumped.<i> </i>And with that, she stopped.<br />

When the party was over, she went home, but she sent back with the driver a <i>pasalubong</i> for me - a papaya! I was so appreciative of that!<br />
