Ngayon, Bukas at Magpakailanman
Has this happened to you?
I have a suki farmer, but he was unavailable for a while, and I had to get my produce elsewhere. The seller asked when I wanted the avocadoes ripe —- ngayon? (now) bukas? (tomorrow) or magpakailanman 😂 (forever is the actual translation, but I know he meant not for a while).

Collard Wraps Kuno!

These are super yummy collard wraps. But instead of collard, I used red cabbage, and munggo sprouts (toge) instead of alfalfa. And for a bit of pizzaz, I added ripe Philippine mango. Saraaaaaap. Promise 💚
