In the beginning of the pandemic and subsequent quarantine periods, I started to eat more fried food, particularly fried tempeh.
And in the months that followed, I started getting terrible backaches and skin issues :(
In July of this year, I thought to myself, I needed a reset!
So for the entire month, I went back to basics --- all raw, sleeping early, daily exercises, drinking enough water, steam baths, and daily sun exposure.
I am reaping the rewards and feeling great!
Suffice it to say, you won't see me eat fried soy for the time being! Raw whole foods, green smoothies, and juicing still work best for me.
