Ingredients:
3 ripe mangoes
1 ripe banana
1-3 dashes of spirulina
1 handful of soaked walnuts*
1.5-2 cups water
4-5 dates
1 dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
Blend everything and enjoy!
*Walnuts are soaked overnight and rinsed in the morning. If not using immediately, dehydrate the walnuts then place in a sealed container to refrigerate.
