Mixed unfried adlai

I had a craving for something sour and salty. Here’s a yummy side dish for your plant-based viand 💚

Ingredients:

1 cup steaming hot, cooked cracked adlai
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1 cup  shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
1-2 tablespoons capers
salt, to taste


Procedure:

1. Capers may be mashed, then chopped (optional)
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve.
