Green Goddess

Blend:
1/2 cup grated niyog




1 cup water









1 ripe saba









1 ripe avocado


maple syrup (or your
dave sweetener) or 3 dates


a little bit of vanilla extract or scrape the inside of an actual vanilla bean if you could get one





After blending, transfer to a mixing bowl. Add 2 tablespoons chia seed and mix. Wait a few minutes until the shake becomes a pudding :) Refrigerate or eat immediately 💚
